E.O. Smith is a Democrat in Republican clothing and as a tribal councilor he has voted against the conservative values of Oklahomans for years. E.O. claims to be a Trump Republican but he's nothing of the sort...
1. According to the Oklahoma State Election Board, E.O. Smith was a registered Democrat until March of 2022. He was voting for Democrats in every primary race that Trump was on the ballot.

(Confirmed by the Sequoya County Election Board Secretary)
2. E.O. Smith voted to confirm Kim Teehee, a progressive Democrat and former presidential advisor to Obama, as the official representative for the Cherokee nation in U.S. Congress.
4. E.O. Smith believes the law doesn't apply to him or his family. A Vian police officer was forced out of her job for simply following the law while arresting E.O. Smith's son. The Vian police chief also resigned, saying he couldn't work for a town that puts politics above the law.
If E.O. is willing to use his political influence as a tribal councilor to force law abiding police officers out of their jobs, what will he do as a state representative?
4. E.O. Smith's campaign for Cherokee Tribal Council was bankrolled by Chuck Hoskin, the woke Democrat chief of the Cherokee Nation who helped the tribe donate millions of dollars to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joy Hoffmeister. E.O. received an endorsement and shoutout by Chuck Hoskin on Facebook.
